How do I place an order on your website?

Simply browse through our collection of products, select the ones you’d like to purchase, and add them to your shopping cart. Once you're ready to checkout, fill in your details and payment information, then complete the order. You will receive an order confirmation via email.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery, so changes or cancellations are only possible within 1 hour after your order is placed. Please contact our customer service team immediately if you wish to modify or cancel your order.

How do I know my payment has been processed?

Can I add an item to my order after it has been placed?

Unfortunately, once your order has been placed, it cannot be modified to include additional items. If you would like to purchase more products, you will need to place a separate order.
